I collaborated with senior technical members to design a variety of presentations for speaking engagements, marketing outreach, and architectural projects. My work established a cohesive visual guideline, ensuring consistency and professionalism across the firm’s all presentation materials.
NYC Focused Residential Presentation - a presentation for a potential lead on a NYC’s residential project. This presentation successfully pushed the lead forward - the firm is in the process of signing contract with the client.
“Architecture as Universal Language” - a Presentation for the Firm’s Principal at the at the Academia Nacional de Arquitectura (of Mexico)
My design highlighted the speaker’s rich portfolio of work across the globe. The presentation garnered attention and was later featured by the New York Real Estate Journal – Women in Commercial Real Estate.
“Construction and Design in China Through Out the Years” - a presentation for the firm’s Partner for student visitors from Columbia University’s Master of Real Estate program
My design provided a clean, chronological narrative to complement the speech’s theme on the different stages of the built industry in China, while highlighting the firm’s projects since its establishment. Following this presentation, the speaker was invited to present on a similar topic at the Columbia China Forum.
Architectural Presentation - in collaboration with the technical design team
This presentation package was part of the initial architectural design sent to the client for concept pitching. I designed the presentation package and assisted in producing architectural diagrams. My design seamlessly integrated the design narrative with the diagrams, illustrating the evolution of the idea step by step.
The package effectively conveyed the design vision and played a pivotal role in winning the project bid.
