Overview

Over the summer, I worked with the Low Code RPA Squad to create the new feature, Image Capture Mode, as part of the Task Recorder of the Low Code RPA Designer.

My key works:

  • Owning the discovery, ideating, design, and testing of the Image Capture Mode of the Task Recorder in Low Code RPA Designer. Facilitated 4 user interviews, conceptualized user flows, and conducted 4 rounds of design iteration and 5 usability testings to incorporate image capture into the existing RPA tool. Presented 2 design options based on technical difficulty to the development team that is ready to be implemented at the end of the internship.

  • Designed a customizable account creation template that enables a fast and intuitive authentication process with the Appian platform. Conducted A/B testing with other UX designers to select the final design.

  • Ideated an empty state illustration and designed 2 icons for an upcoming RPA feature.
